Fermin is the founding partner of Think Creative, a business strategy consulting firm with offices in Madrid, Mexico and New York City. He specializes in business strategy formulation, business model innovation and internationalization. He has led projects in the U.S., Mexico, Argentina, Paraguay, China, India, Italy, UAE and Spain.
He is Associate Professor at NYU’s campus in Madrid. Up until 2002, he was the Associate Dean of the College of Business Administration at Francisco de Vitoria University.
He’s also the author of “The Creative Business,” a book on creativity and strategy; as well as the recently published “B2S” (Big to Small), where he addresses methods for how medium sized corporations can take advantage of large corporation best practices. Christiaan is a visual thinker, tank operator, and makes some mean beef jerky. He is captain Gordon meets Elias of "Platoon." Born and raised in Brooklyn, Christiaan was made famous for coining the term "that's not my problem."

Christiaan Studied at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, and has been designing ever since. His work has been featured in the MoMa design store as well as GQ, and Mens Health magazine. Christiaan is constantly looking for new challenges, and believes all things can benefit from good design.

Hunter, in a few words:
Hunter comes to us by way of Austin, TX and still rides his horse to work (who needs a car in New York?). Away from work, he enjoys absurdly spicy food, racquetball, Victorian BMX, ice cold sodas, and Hall & Oates. At work, he says that the best solution to any problem is "no problem." Lately, his favorite tools include anything from You Work For Them and Hoefler & Frere–Jones, and the color gray.
